the South Tyrolean mountains, every moment will be your moment of relaxation.
The necessary rest and relaxation are provided by the direct dreamlike view of the church of St. Valentine and the Sciliar, which you can enjoy with pleasure in the deck chair in the garden.

The prices are for 2 guests per apartment, each additional person €37,5 and with washing facilities.There is also the final cleaning fee.
Payment modalities
The final cleaning fee is 60 euros. The local tax of 2.5 per day and person is included in the price
After booking, I kindly ask you to confirm by transfering a deposit of 50% of the total amount to my bank account.
The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer, credit card and EC card.
Cancellation conditions
There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, the cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the vacation. I ask for your understanding that in case of later cancellation I will retain the deposit as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged as cancellation fee and in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
It is expressly referred to the legal provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Act GvD206/2005.
