The prices are for 2 guests per apartment and with washing facilities. There is also a local tax of €2,50 per person per day and the final cleaning.
Payment modalities
The final cleaning fee is 60 euros. To the price of the apartment is added the local tax of 2.50 € per day per person from 14 years.
After booking, I kindly ask you to confirm by transfering a deposit of 50% of the total amount to my bank account.
The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer, credit card and EC card.
Cancellation conditions
There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, the cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the vacation. I ask for your understanding that in case of later cancellation I will retain or charge the deposit as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged as cancellation fee and in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
It is expressly referred to the legal provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Act GvD206/2005.
